Description
Roma is a pilsner from Mighty Squirrel in Massachusetts, an easy-drinking 5% ABV beer with a crisp, clean finish. With 0 IBU, there is no bitterness, so a delicate malt sweetness and subtle floral and grassy notes come through. Serve it chilled at around 40 to 45°F in a tall, slender pilsner glass. It suits afternoon gatherings and pairs easily with lighter dishes. CBC Liquors in Westford carries Roma in store, for pickup, by delivery or shipped.
Customer reviews
Tried Roma on tap in Waltham last month and tracked down a six pack back home. Still good but a little thinner than I remembered from the brewery, might be fresher on draft.
