Mongozo Pilsener Gluten Removed is a Belgian pilsner with the gluten removed, at 5.0% ABV. It is an easy-drinking beer with a clean malt profile and a gentle hop bitterness. Serve it chilled, between 38 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, in a pilsner glass, with grilled seafood, light salads or cheese. Heard about Mongozo from a friend and finally found it here. Glad I grabbed it again, still my favorite gluten removed beer so far.
Nice surprise after a hot afternoon in the yard. Light, easy going, but still felt like a real pilsner. Would buy again when the weather's right.
