Cincoro Reposado

Cincoro Reposado Tequila offers a nuanced expression that balances the robust character of Jalisco's Blue Weber agave with the mellowing influence of oak. Crafted from agave harvested in both the Highlands and Lowlands of the region, this spirit captures a unique blend of terroir. Expect a harmonious interplay of flavors where the herbal and citrus notes typical of the agave are layered with hints of vanilla and caramel, a result of its 8-10 month rest in ex-American whiskey barrels. The aging process imparts a golden hue and rounds off the edges, making it a versatile choice for both sipping and mixing. With its 40% ABV, Cincoro Reposado is smooth and approachable, perfect for savoring neat in a rocks glass, where its complexity can be fully appreciated. If you're inclined to explore its mixology potential, this tequila shines in a Margarita, where its rich undertones complement the brightness of lime and the subtle sweetness of triple sec. The Reposado also adds depth to a Paloma, beautifully marrying with grapefruit soda and a touch of salt. For those who enjoy simplicity, a classic Ranch Water serves as a refreshing backdrop, allowing the tequila's character to take center stage with just a splash of sparkling water and a squeeze of lime. Serve Cincoro Reposado at room temperature to fully unlock its aroma and taste profile. For a slightly different experience, try it over ice to mellow the spirit further, or with a twist of orange zest to accentuate its citrusy nuances. This tequila pairs exceptionally well with grilled seafood or spicy Mexican dishes, as the creamy and spicy notes it develops through barrel aging both compliment and contrast with bold culinary flavors. Whether enjoyed on its own or as part of a crafted cocktail, Cincoro Reposado offers a sophisticated experience rooted in the heart of Jalisco.
