Tripping Animals Red VS Blue

RED VS BLUE by Tripping Animals is a captivating sour beer that challenges the palate with its striking hue and bold flavor composition. Originating from Florida, this inventive brew comes with a 6.0% ABV, offering a well-balanced tang that sour beer enthusiasts appreciate. Its visual appeal is matched by a taste that reflects the creativity of its brewing process, marrying tart acidity with a subtle sweetness that invites further exploration with each sip. When serving this unique beer, it's best to present it at a slightly cool temperature, ideally between 45°F to 50°F, in a stemmed glass such as a tulip or teku. This choice of glassware not only supports the beer’s aromatic complexity but also accentuates its vivid color, allowing enthusiasts to engage with both the visual and olfactory aspects of the tasting experience. The sour notes are likely to be accompanied by hints of fruitiness, balancing the tangy character typically expected from beers in this category. RED VS BLUE pairs exceptionally well with rich and creamy dishes, where its acidity can cut through the richness, cleansing the palate. Consider pairing it with a creamy goat cheese or a tangy blue cheese, where its flavors can harmonize beautifully. For those inclined towards more substantial fare, the beer's sour profile can complement spicy Asian dishes, such as a savory Pad Thai or a spicy Korean BBQ, where the beer's crisp tartness provides a refreshing contrast. Whether you're delving into the world of sour beers for the first time or are a seasoned aficionado, RED VS BLUE offers a distinctive experience that is both familiar and refreshingly new. Its vibrant color, matched with its bold taste, ensures that this beer stands apart, making each occasion a memorable tasting adventure.
