Cock Walk Proprietors Reserve Cock of the Walk

Proprietors Reserve COCK OF THE WALK is a distinguished bourbon that embodies the rich distilling heritage of Kentucky. Crafted with precision by COCK WALK, this bourbon offers a refined taste experience, enhanced by its carefully balanced 45.0% ABV, which provides just the right amount of warmth without overwhelming the palate. Expect a harmonious blend of classic bourbon characteristics: a base of grain sweetness, layered with notes of oak and a touch of char, subtly accented by hints of vanilla and spice. Savor this bourbon neat to fully appreciate its intricate flavors, where each sip unveils its nuanced profile, or enjoy it on the rocks, allowing the gradual melt of ice to reveal softer undertones and a slightly mellowed character. A splash of water can further open up the bouquet, making it a delightful choice for those who enjoy exploring the depth of bourbon's complex aromas. For cocktail enthusiasts, this bourbon shines in classic concoctions such as the Old Fashioned and Manhattan. Its rich, full-bodied nature pairs well with the bitter and sweet elements of these cocktails, providing a robust backbone that stands up to the bold flavors of bitters and vermouth. Alternatively, consider crafting a Whiskey Sour, where the bourbon's inherent sweetness and spice offer a delightful contrast to the tartness of lemon. When it comes to glassware, a Glencairn glass is ideal for nosing, capturing the intricate aromas, while a rocks glass is perfect for leisurely sipping. Whether you're exploring its depth on its own or incorporating it into a beloved cocktail, Proprietors Reserve COCK OF THE WALK delivers a bourbon experience that is distinctly Kentucky.
