15 Stars Private Stock

Private Stock by 15 STARS is an elegant Kentucky bourbon that embodies the quintessential characteristics of its storied region. Crafted with attention to detail, this bourbon delivers a layered profile typical of fine Kentucky offerings. Expect notes of toasted oak mingling with hints of caramel and vanilla, creating a harmonious balance that is both inviting and intriguing. While the bourbon's exact aging process is a closely guarded secret, it is evident in each sip that time has played its part in mellowing the spirit, offering a satisfying depth that resonates with enthusiasts and newcomers alike. This bourbon shines when served neat or with a single, generous ice cube that allows its nuanced flavors to unfold gradually. For those seeking a touch of dilution, a splash of water can reveal subtle, hidden complexities, enhancing the tasting experience without overshadowing the spirit's core character. The rich, smooth finish makes Private Stock an excellent choice for classic bourbon cocktails, particularly an Old Fashioned where its inherent sweetness and oak notes complement the bitters beautifully. Alternatively, its depth and warmth make it a stellar base for a Manhattan, where it can stand up to the vermouth while delivering a robust, satisfying cocktail. When it comes to glassware, a Glencairn glass is ideal for nosing and savoring the delicate aromas before each sip, while a sturdy rocks glass suits those who prefer their bourbon over ice. Whether enjoyed as a contemplative sipper or as the backbone of a refined cocktail, Private Stock by 15 STARS captures the essence of Kentucky bourbon, offering a taste experience that rewards both the casual enthusiast and the discerning connoisseur.
