NOTCH Pils is a 4% ABV pilsner from NOTCH in Massachusetts, a light golden, crisp and easy-drinking beer. It has a subtle malt sweetness and a restrained hop character in the European pilsner style, and a clean, refreshing finish. Serve it at around 38-45°F in a pilsner glass, whose tall, slender shape keeps the carbonation and shows the clarity. It goes well with grilled seafood. First had this on draft in Salem, finally found cans here and had to bring it home. Crisp, but wish it was just a touch less bitter.
