Jacks Abby Post Shift

Post Shift by Jack's Abby is a sterling example of an easy-drinking pilsner that embodies both tradition and innovation, brewed right in the heart of Massachusetts. With a modest ABV of 4.7% and an IBU of 30, this beer offers a harmonious blend of subtle hop bitterness and a clean malt profile. Carefully crafted to provide a refreshing experience, each sip reveals a crisp, bright character that is quintessentially pilsner but with a contemporary twist. This beer's balanced nature makes it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes. Its crispness pairs beautifully with lighter fare such as grilled chicken, seafood, or a fresh garden salad. The gentle bitterness and smooth finish also complement the savory notes of a well-cooked bratwurst or the creamy textures of a mild cheese platter. Whether at a casual backyard barbecue or a simple weeknight dinner, Post Shift enhances the meal without overpowering the palate. For the best experience, serve Post Shift chilled at around 38-45°F. This temperature perfectly accentuates its refreshing qualities and ensures the delicate aromas are at their peak. Pour it into a traditional pilsner glass, which not only showcases its golden color and effervescent bubbles but also helps concentrate its subtle aroma. Expect hints of floral hops and a whisper of breadiness in the scent, inviting another sip. Jack's Abby has crafted a pilsner that is both approachable and satisfying, making it a versatile choice for both seasoned beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or sharing a few laughs with friends, Post Shift offers a genuine lager experience that feels both familiar and excitingly new.
