Palmovka 12 is a Czech-style Pilsner from Schilling, brewed in Prague, with an ABV of 4.8 percent and an IBU of 30. It is an easy-drinking beer with a balance of malt and hops, a smooth, crisp body and a mild bitterness against a light malt sweetness. Serve it chilled, around 42 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit, in a footed Pilsner glass. It goes well with roasted sausages, potato dumplings, grilled chicken or seafood. Was halfway through some goulash when I opened this, clean and actually pretty rich for a pilsner. Went great with the meal but wish it came in bigger cans.
