Description
Bardstown Origin Series is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 48% ABV, with a balance of sweetness and spice. The nose has vanilla and a little oak, and the palate moves through caramel sweetness, peppery spice and a gentle smokiness. Sip it neat in a Glencairn glass, add a splash of water to open the flavor, or pour it over ice for a slower, cooler sip. It also works in classic bourbon cocktails. At CBC Liquors in Westford, you can buy it in store, or order it for pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
Sipped it neat after dinner and wow, that 48 percent packs a punch. Warm all the way down but still smooth enough to drink straight. Ended up pouring a second glass before I knew it.
Tried it with my brother in law over poker night. Good sipper, went down smooth but a little hotter than we usually go for. Would get it again for a group.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Glad you and your brother in law enjoyed the Origin Series Bourbon together. If you want something softer next time, let me know - Marie
