Von Trapp Oktoberfest

The Von Trapp Oktoberfest is a tribute to the rich heritage of Austrian brewing, crafted with care in the scenic landscapes of Vermont. This lager epitomizes the classic Oktoberfest style with a harmonious balance of malt and hops. At 5.6% ABV and an IBU of 30, it offers a smooth, easy-drinking experience that captures the essence of traditional festivities. Expect a malt-forward profile with notes of biscuit and caramel, complemented by a gentle hop bitterness that rounds out the taste, making each sip both satisfying and refreshing. When it comes to serving, this beer shines at a temperature around 45-50°F, which allows its malt characteristics to unfold beautifully without being overshadowed by coldness. A traditional stein or a dimpled mug not only enhances its presentation but also allows you to fully appreciate its amber hue and frothy head. The Von Trapp Oktoberfest pairs elegantly with a variety of foods, notably sausages, roasted meats, and soft pretzels. Its malt sweetness and moderate bitterness make it a versatile companion to hearty dishes, providing a pleasant counterbalance to rich flavors. As a product born from Austrian inspiration and crafted with American ingenuity, the Von Trapp Oktoberfest is more than just a seasonal offering—it's a celebration in a bottle. Perfect for those who appreciate the craftsmanship of lager brewing, it invites you to savor the nuanced interplay of flavors that define this cherished style. Whether you're enjoying a crisp autumn day or looking to bring a touch of Bavarian tradition to your gathering, this lager delivers an authentic and gratifying taste experience.
