Description
Taylor Madeira is a fortified wine made in New York, bottled at 18.0% ABV. Fortified wine has a spirit added, which raises its strength and gives it a rich, lasting character. This one is matured in oak and shows nutty notes, dried fruit and caramel, with vanilla and spice and a long finish. It suits sipping on its own and pairs with savory dishes. You can buy it at CBC Liquors in Westford in store, or by pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
Had this Taylor Madeira with some homemade bread pudding. A little sweeter than I usually like but still pretty solid for dessert. Will probably buy again when baking calls for it.
