Customer reviews
Poured some Fairbanks sherry with roast chicken and mushrooms. Honestly better than expected, just wish it was a little less sweet.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Sherry and roast chicken is an old-school pairing, if you ever want something drier, look for Fino or Amontillado next time.
My aunt gave me a bottle for the holidays. Not really my thing but I get why people use it in recipes.
