Short Path London Dry Gin

Short Path's London Dry Gin is a testament to contemporary gin-making, born from the rich terroir of Massachusetts. This gin captures the essence of the classic London Dry style but introduces a refreshing twist, presenting a harmonious blend of robust juniper and vibrant citrus notes. At 45% ABV, this gin strikes a delicate balance, maintaining the traditional dry character while offering an invigorating brightness that distinguishes it from its peers. The tasting experience begins with the unmistakable aroma of juniper, soon complemented by a lively citrus zest that dances on the palate. This interplay offers a clean, crisp finish, making it a versatile choice for both classic and contemporary cocktails. Its botanical profile is perfect for enhancing the flavors of a Gin & Tonic, where a highball glass brimming with ice allows the botanicals to fully express themselves. A simple garnish of a lemon or lime wedge will accentuate its citrus notes, elevating the drink's refreshing qualities. For those who favor the complexity of a Negroni or the elegance of a Martini, Short Path's London Dry provides a solid foundation, effortlessly mingling with bitters and vermouth or dry vermouth and a twist. Alternatively, a Tom Collins served in a tall glass with a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme highlights the gin's herbal nuances, offering a delightful twist on a timeless favorite. Whether you're crafting a sophisticated cocktail or savoring it neat, this gin invites exploration and refinement with every sip.
