Description
Hopscotch Whiskey from Mad River is a Vermont-made American whiskey at 46% ABV, with malt sweetness and a whisper of smoke. Served neat in a Glencairn glass, it lets the malt come forward, while a splash of water or ice mellows the smoke and highlights the sweeter notes. It also makes a good base for a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned. CBC Liquors in Westford carries it for in-store purchase, pickup, delivery or shipping.
Customer reviews
Early spring porch pour, nice malt backbone worked well once it warmed up outside
solid but the smoke hangs on longer than I want
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Thanks for giving Hopscotch a shot, that smoky finish is definitely its thing. If you want something cleaner next time, try the Mad River Rye instead - Tom
