Cisco Grey Lady

Grey Lady by Cisco Brewers is a delightful wheat beer that captures the essence of Nantucket Island's misty mornings. Brewed in Massachusetts, this beer offers a refreshing 4.5% ABV that makes it a perfect choice for relaxed sipping. The beer's profile is marked by a subtle interplay of fruit and spice aromas, creating a pleasingly mild experience that lingers softly on the palate. With its low 10 IBU, Grey Lady is crafted to appeal to those who favor a beer that is both approachable and nuanced. The gentle presence of wheat lends it a smooth texture, while the delicate fruit notes—typical of wheat ales—add an inviting layer of complexity without overwhelming the senses. It's an excellent companion for a wide range of dishes, from light seafood like grilled shrimp and scallops to herb-roasted chicken or a fresh summer salad with citrus vinaigrette. For the best tasting experience, serve Grey Lady at a temperature between 45-50°F. This allows its subtle flavors to fully emerge and be appreciated. A classic weizen glass is the ideal choice for serving, as its tall, slightly curved shape enhances the beer's aromatic qualities and showcases its natural effervescence. Whether you're exploring new flavors or revisiting an old favorite, Grey Lady offers a taste of coastal tranquility in every glass.
