It pairs the gentle sweetness of rice wine with the tang of grapefruit, with a clean, brisk finish. Serve it chilled, between 45 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit, in a standard white wine glass. Usually grab the Jinro grapefruit soju but gave this a shot with takeout sushi. Lighter, not as sweet, really easy to finish off. Would buy again for ramen night.
