Junipero Gin

Junipero Gin, hailing from the spirited state of California, is a vibrant representation of the classic gin tradition with a distinctly American twist. With an assertive ABV of 49.3%, this gin commands attention with a bold juniper-forward profile that pays homage to the timeless botanicals that have defined gin for centuries. The moment you uncork the bottle, expect an aromatic burst of piney juniper, setting the stage for a sensory experience that is both refreshing and robust. On the palate, Junipero Gin delivers a crisp, clean finish that balances its botanical intensity, making it an ideal candidate for a variety of classic gin cocktails. Its lively character shines in a Gin & Tonic, where the juniper is perfectly complemented by the effervescence of tonic water and a slice of lime or a sprig of fresh rosemary. For those who prefer the complexity of a Negroni, Junipero's bold profile stands up beautifully against the bitterness of Campari and the sweetness of vermouth, creating a harmonious and invigorating cocktail. Serving Junipero in a balloon glass enhances its aromatic presence, allowing the botanicals to unfold and mingle with the air. For a Martini, consider chilling the gin thoroughly and serving it in a classic Martini glass with a twist of lemon peel to accentuate its crisp finish. If a Tom Collins is more to your taste, a highball glass with plenty of ice and a lemon wheel garnish will make for a refreshing drink that highlights the gin's botanical prowess. Junipero Gin's assertive juniper notes and clean finish provide a versatile foundation for a wide array of cocktails, each serving as a testament to the craftsmanship and bold spirit of California distillation.
