Description
Modelo Especial is a pilsner-style lager from Modelo, brewed in Mexico City, Mexico, at 4.4% ABV and 18 IBU. It pours golden, with a mild malt sweetness against a gentle hop bitterness, and a light body and crisp finish. Serve it chilled to around 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It pairs with tacos, enchiladas and grilled meats, and it is light enough for seafood, salads or a cheese platter. CBC Liquors in Westford sells Modelo Especial bottles in store, for pickup and for delivery.
Customer reviews
Solid summer beer, stays crisp.
Was expecting just another basic lager, but Modelo Especial actually has a lot going on. Way smoother than I remembered from the last time. Great with grilled chicken tacos.
