Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon

COWBOY BOURBON by Garrison Brothers is an audacious expression of American whiskey-making, hailing from the heart of Texas. This bourbon, bottled at a formidable 68.3% ABV, showcases the raw, unadulterated essence of its craft. As you pour a glass, expect a rich tapestry of flavors that envelops your senses. The nose unfolds with a symphony of toasted oak and creamy vanilla, hints of caramel, and a whisper of spice. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied experience with layers of charred wood, sweet corn, and a touch of dark cocoa, weaving together to create a deep, lingering finish. Given its robust nature, COWBOY BOURBON shines when served neat, allowing its complex profile to emerge fully as it warms in your hand. For those who prefer to temper its intensity, a splash of water can coax out subtler notes, revealing additional layers of sweetness and spice. Serving it on the rocks is another fine choice, as the melting ice integrates with the bourbon, gradually mellowing the higher proof while preserving its bold characteristics. This powerhouse bourbon also holds its own in classic cocktails, offering a distinctive twist to an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. The rich oak and sweet vanilla notes provide a sturdy backbone for bitters and vermouth, elevating these traditional drinks into something uniquely Texan. For glassware, a Glencairn glass enhances the nosing experience, concentrating the aromas for a more profound appreciation. Alternatively, a rocks glass offers ease and comfort when sipping, especially if you prefer it over ice. Garrison Brothers' COWBOY BOURBON is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship found in Texas bourbon. It's a spirited choice for those who appreciate whiskey with character and a touch of wild frontier spirit.
