Meiomi Cabernet Sauvignon

Discover the allure of MEIOMI Cabernet Sauvignon, a testament to the versatility and depth of California's vineyards. Born in the sun-drenched terrains where Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme, this wine captures the essence of its terroir and grape with elegance. With an ABV of 13.7%, this red wine promises an engaging experience defined by balance and character. Expect a wine that exudes aromas of ripe dark berries, such as blueberry and blackberry, underpinned by subtle hints of mocha and cedar. As you take a sip, the full-bodied nature of this Cabernet Sauvignon reveals itself, delivering a tapestry of rich fruit flavors complemented by earthy undertones. The plush tannins are present yet refined, ensuring a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. A whisper of eucalyptus and mint adds a refreshing twist, enhancing the complexity and depth of each pour. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering warmth that invites another taste. This wine shines when served at an optimal temperature of 60-65°F. While decanting is not a necessity, allowing it to breathe for about 30 minutes can help open up its bouquet, enhancing its aromatic profile. Select a large-bowled glass, such as a Bordeaux glass, to truly appreciate the layers and nuances of this exceptional Cabernet. MEIOMI Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with robust dishes that match its intensity. Consider pairing it with a perfectly grilled porterhouse steak or a hearty lamb stew to highlight its fruit-forward notes. It also complements the rich flavors of braised pork belly and portobello mushrooms, making it an ideal choice for both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Though enjoyable now, this wine also holds the promise of graceful aging, allowing its complex characteristics to evolve further over time.
