Underwood Bubbles

Underwood Bubbles, a sparkling wine from Oregon, embodies the crisp character and vibrant spirit typical of the region's production. With an ABV of 11.0%, it presents a lively effervescence that dances on the palate, offering a refreshing alternative to more traditional sparkling wines. Its bright, clean taste profile makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a sparkling wine that is both approachable and versatile. Expect a wine that is light in body, with a gentle acidity that highlights its refreshing nature without overwhelming the palate. The effervescence is fine and consistent, adding a pleasing texture and lift to each sip. The flavor profile leans towards green and citrus fruit undertones, making it a delightful pairing companion for a range of dishes. Try it with lightly seasoned seafood, creamy cheeses, or even a simple salad to bring out its crisp nuances. For the best experience, serve Underwood Bubbles well-chilled, around 45°F, to maintain its refreshing qualities. While it does not necessarily benefit from decanting due to its delicate sparkle, pouring it into a flute or tulip-shaped glass will help concentrate its aromas and enhance its effervescent nature. This sparkling wine is crafted for immediate enjoyment, allowing you to appreciate its fresh and vibrant qualities now rather than cellaring it. Whether you're celebrating a special moment or simply winding down a long day, Underwood Bubbles offers a delightful sip grounded in the rich winemaking tradition of Oregon.
