Hudson Bright Lights Big Bourbon

Bright Lights Big Bourbon from HUDSON stands as a testament to the modern craft of American bourbon, offering a vivid exploration of flavor from its home in New York. At an ABV of 46%, this bourbon presents a lively and robust character, crafted with care to deliver a smooth yet dynamic experience. Aged in new charred American oak barrels, its profile is a spirited blend of tradition and innovation, highlighting delectable notes of vanilla and caramel that intertwine seamlessly with the deep grain and oak undertones. Whether you choose to enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water, each method unveils distinct facets of its character. Neat, it reveals its unadulterated complexity, allowing the vanilla and caramel notes to shine. On the rocks, the slow melt of the ice tempers the bourbon's initial heat, accentuating its smoother, sweeter elements. A splash of water can open up subtle aromatic nuances, bringing forth a gentle bouquet that enhances the overall tasting experience. Bright Lights Big Bourbon also lends itself beautifully to classic cocktails, making it an exceptional choice for an Old Fashioned, where its rich caramel essence complements the bitters and sugar. In a Manhattan, it melds harmoniously with vermouth, while a Whiskey Sour highlights its vibrant and lively spirit. For a unique twist, try it in a Highball, letting its crispness sparkle with the effervescence of soda. To truly appreciate its bouquet, consider using a Glencairn glass for nosing, which captures and concentrates the aromas, enriching your tasting journey. For sipping, a classic rocks glass provides the ideal vessel, offering a straightforward yet refined experience. Bright Lights Big Bourbon is a bold expression of its New York roots, crafted for those who appreciate the intricate dance of flavors that only a well-made bourbon can offer.
