Description
Bardstown BIB Origin Series Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 50% ABV, available from CBC Liquors in Westford. It opens with sweet vanilla and caramel, with subtle spice, warm oak and a gentle char behind them. Drink it neat to taste the oak, add a splash of water to smooth the proof, or pour it over ice for a slower release of flavor. Its structured profile also works as a base for classic cocktails.
Customer reviews
Sat out on the porch with this one after work. Really liked the spice, made the sunset even better.
Solid bourbon. The 100 proof gives it a bit of kick but still goes down pretty smooth. Not something I'd use for cocktails, more for sipping.
