Aged thoughtfully, OZAMA has crafted a rum that resonates with the warm, caramel hues typical of an añejo, delivering a smooth and satisfying finish that speaks to its careful maturation. Upon tasting, expect an interplay of flavors that weave together seamlessly. Notes of vanilla and oak subtly intertwine with a hint of spice, offering a complexity that lingers gracefully on the palate. While the rum's inherent smoothness makes it an excellent sipper, it also finds its stride as a foundation for classic cocktails. Its robust profile is particularly well-suited for a Rum Old Fashioned, where its rich, caramel nuances can be fully appreciated.
