Short Path Acadia Gin

Acadia Gin by SHORT PATH is a distinctive spirit that captures the essence of New England's lush landscapes with every pour. This Massachusetts-crafted gin stands out with its juniper-forward profile, balanced by a thoughtfully curated selection of botanicals that lend an aromatic depth and refreshing complexity. Expect a smooth mouthfeel, where the classic piney notes of juniper are complemented by subtle hints of the region's flora, creating a harmonious blend that is both traditional and innovative. When it comes to cocktails, Acadia Gin proves to be a versatile player. Its robust juniper flavor makes it a natural fit for a classic Gin & Tonic, where it shines alongside a splash of tonic water and a twist of lemon or lime for garnish. The gin's complex layers also enhance the bitter-sweet dance of a Negroni, providing a bold backbone that stands up to the herbal notes of vermouth and the citrusy edge of Campari. For those who appreciate the simplicity of a well-made Martini, Acadia Gin offers a clean, aromatic base that pairs beautifully with a dash of dry vermouth and a fresh olive or lemon twist. When serving Acadia Gin, consider using a balloon or highball glass, which allows the aromas to fully develop and be appreciated. Ensure plenty of ice is on hand to keep the drink chilled and refreshing, making the most of the gin's refined profile. Whether mixed in a cocktail or enjoyed over ice with a hint of citrus or a sprig of local herbs, Acadia Gin invites you to savor a taste of New England in every sip.
