Description
Boondocks 8 Year Port is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 45.5% ABV and finished in port casks. The port finish adds ripe dark fruit and a gentle spice to the caramel and vanilla of a classic bourbon. It is best sipped neat, ideally in a Glencairn glass. A splash of water or ice softens it, and it also suits an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. Its sweet, spiced notes go with grilled meats and dark chocolate desserts. At CBC Liquors in Westford, you can buy it in store, or order it for pickup or delivery.

Sipped neat by the fire last night. Smooth and rich, you really get that port finish when you let it open up. Would buy again for sure.
Packs a punch. Was not expecting how strong this was after the first sip, crept up halfway through the glass. Good with a couple ice cubes. Solid but maybe better saved for slower nights.
