Rock Town 4 Year Bourbon

Rock Town's 4 Year Bourbon hails from the vibrant heart of Arkansas, embodying the craftsmanship and attention to detail that the region is increasingly known for in the world of fine spirits. This bourbon, aged for four years, presents a rich tapestry of flavors that reveal themselves gradually with each sip. At 46.0% ABV, it's a robust yet elegant expression that balances strength with a smooth finish. Upon nosing, expect aromas of toasted oak mingled with soft hints of vanilla and caramel, characteristic of a well-aged bourbon. The palate is greeted with a delightful interplay of sweet corn and a gentle spice, underscored by subtle notes of charred wood that add complexity without overwhelming the senses. The finish is satisfyingly warm, leaving a lingering impression of toffee and a whisper of smokiness, ideal for those who appreciate depth in their whiskey. When it comes to serving, this versatile bourbon shines brightest when enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to unlock its full aromatic potential. For those who prefer a chilled sip, serving it on the rocks can enhance the sweetness and mellow the spice, providing a refreshing experience. Rock Town’s 4 Year Bourbon also holds its own in classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, where its robust character complements the bitters and sugar, or in a Manhattan, where it blends harmoniously with sweet vermouth for a rich, satisfying drink. To enhance your tasting experience, consider using a Glencairn glass, which concentrates the bourbon's aromas and allows for a deeper appreciation of its complex profile. Alternatively, a rocks glass offers a classic presentation and is perfect for enjoying this bourbon over ice. Whether sipping quietly or mixing in a cocktail, Rock Town's 4 Year Bourbon delivers an authentic taste of Arkansas craftsmanship in every glass.
