Syrah Under $25 in Westford

About Syrah

Syrah is a bold red wine, and CBC Liquors in Westford, Massachusetts, carries Syrah and Shiraz from several makers. The shelf includes Mollydooker, Grover, Saldo, Bogle, McPrice, Chateau Michelle, Vina Robles and Penfolds, with Petite Sirah bottles alongside. Syrah and Shiraz are the same grape, and the name usually shows the style. Syrah is often peppery and savory, while Australian Shiraz tends to be riper and fruitier. Petite Sirah is a different grape that makes dark, inky wines. Syrah suits grilled meats, stews and aged cheese. You can shop it in store, or order it for pickup or delivery.
