About Malbec

Malbec is a red wine grape that makes deep, plummy, full-flavored wine, best known from Argentina. This category at CBC Liquors in Westford includes Malbec from Terrazas, Zuccardi, Antigal, 90+ Cellars, Domaine Bousquet, Scotto, San Huberto and Mad Bird, with Old Vine, Reserva and Series Q bottlings. Malbec usually tastes of blackberry, plum and dark fruit, with soft tannins and sometimes a touch of cocoa or spice. Reserva and old vine bottles tend to be richer and more concentrated than the everyday ones. Malbec pairs well with grilled steak, burgers and other hearty dishes. You can shop it in store, or order for pickup or delivery.
