Ingredients
2½ ozScotch
½ tspDry Vermouth
1 twist ofLemon peelFrom your kitchen
Method
1Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
2Pour 2 1/2 oz of Scotch into the mixing glass.
3Add 1 1/2 tsp of dry vermouth to the glass.
4Stir the mixture well to combine and chill.
5Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
6Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
