Method
1Boil water and sugar together in a pot until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2Turn off the heat and slowly add the dry instant coffee while stirring continuously.
3Add a chopped vanilla bean to the vodka in a separate container.
4Combine the cooled sugar syrup and coffee solution with the vodka.
5Cover tightly and shake vigorously each day for 3 weeks.
6Strain and filter the mixture before serving.
