⅓ ozFalernum
2 dashesAngostura Bitters
1 ozAñejo rum
1 ozblackstrap rum
Method
1Cut the half lime in half again to create quarters.
2Add the lime quarters, falernum, and bitters to a rocks glass.
3Muddle the ingredients together to release the lime juice.
4Pour in the aged rum.
5Add ice to the glass and stir gently.
6Float the blackstrap rum on top of the drink.
7Serve with a straw.
