Ingredients
3 clWhite Rum
1½ clGalliano
1½ clTriple Sec
1½ clLime JuiceFrom your kitchen
Method
1Measure 3 cl of White Rum and pour it into a shaker.
2Add 1.5 cl of Galliano to the shaker.
3Pour in 1.5 cl of Triple Sec.
4Add 1.5 cl of Lime Juice.
5Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid.
6Shake the mixture well until chilled.
7Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
