Ingredients
2 ozIrish Whiskey
1 ozSweet Vermouth
½ ozGreen Chartreuse
Method
1Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2Pour in 2 oz of Irish Whiskey.
3Add 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth to the mixing glass.
4Pour in 1/2 oz of Green Chartreuse.
5Stir the mixture well until chilled.
6Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
7Cut a wide swath of orange peel and express the oils over the drink before discarding the peel.
