Method
1Prepare all ingredients on the counter, especially the cream and egg white.
2Pour gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, cream, and egg white into a shaker.
3Shake vigorously for 1 minute to mix the cream and egg white perfectly.
4Open the shaker and add ice, then shake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
5Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
6Add a splash of soda water and garnish to taste.
