Method
1In a shot glass, mix Galliano and Absolut Citron.
2Take a lemon wedge and sprinkle sugar on it.
3Lay the sugared lemon wedge over the shot glass.
4Pour a layer of rum over the lemon wedge and the shot glass.
5Carefully light the rum on fire for a second.
6Quickly take the shot and suck on the lemon wedge.
