2 ozVanilla extract

25 ozVodka
Method
1Dissolve the sugar in 2 cups of boiling water.
2Add the corn syrup to the sugar solution and stir until combined.
3In a separate container, dissolve the instant coffee in the remaining water.
4Pour the coffee mixture into a gallon jug.
5Add the syrup mixture to the jug and let it cool.
6Once cooled, add the vodka and vanilla extract.
7For the best flavor, let the mixture mature for 4-5 weeks before using.
