1½ clRaspberry Liqueur
1½ clpineapple juice
Method
1Pour vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice into a shaker.
2Add ice cubes to the shaker.
3Shake well to combine all ingredients.
4Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
5Squeeze oil from lemon peel over the drink for garnish.
6Serve immediately.
