Haku Yuzu Vodka

Haku Yuzu Vodka is a Japanese vodka infused with yuzu, a citrus fruit, available from CBC Liquors in Westford. Haku is a vodka from Japan, and the yuzu gives it a bright citrus aroma that sits somewhere between lemon and mandarin. It is usually served well chilled, and the citrus character suits cocktails such as an Espresso Martini or a Bloody Mary, where it adds a sharper, fresher note.
