Pivotal You Enjoy Enjoy

You Enjoy Enjoy, crafted by PIVOTAL in the heart of Rhode Island, takes its place as a standout porter, offering a smooth and inviting dark beer experience. With an ABV of 5.6% and a modest IBU of 12, this brew strikes a balanced harmony between richness and drinkability, making it accessible for both seasoned porter enthusiasts and those newer to the style. Expect a delightful marriage of roasted malt flavors, reminiscent of freshly brewed coffee and dark chocolate, which tiptoe on the palate with a subtle sweetness. The body is full yet not overwhelming, providing just enough weight to enjoy sip after sip without fatigue. This porter’s low bitterness highlights its malt-forward character, allowing the nuanced cocoa and espresso notes to shine through, while a gentle, lingering finish invites you to savor each moment with this brew. While You Enjoy Enjoy is ready to be appreciated as-is, serving it slightly chilled between 50-55°F in a nonic pint glass will truly bring out its complex profiles. This temperature allows the rich aromas to peak and the flavors to open up, offering a more profound tasting experience. No need for decanting; a simple pour will suffice to release its aromatic potential. Pair this dark beer with a spread of hearty fare. It complements roasted meats, BBQ, and dishes with a bit of spice, while also being an excellent companion to rich, creamy desserts like chocolate mousse or a classic tiramisu. Whether you're enjoying a casual meal or exploring a culinary adventure, You Enjoy Enjoy promises a versatile and rewarding pairing experience.
