Description
Westerly Winds is a 6.8% New England IPA from Other Half of New York, a hazy, golden beer built around Citra hops. Expect tropical notes of ripe mango, grapefruit and a hint of pineapple, with a velvety mouthfeel and 45 IBU of bitterness. Serve it at about 45 to 50°F in a tulip glass, and try it with spicy Thai food, tangy barbecue or a sharp cheddar cheese board. CBC Liquors in Westford carries Other Half Westerly Winds in store, for pickup and for delivery.
Customer reviews
Surprised how much the ABV snuck up on me. Smooth going down, felt it later though.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
That 6.8 sneaks in under all that haze sometimes. For something lighter, check out Finback Rolling in Clouds.
Westerly Winds was a gift for my brother, he loved it way more than I did. Decent IPA but not totally my thing.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Glad your brother enjoyed the Westerly Winds. Maybe something like their Mosaic Dream next time?
