Lamplighter Tropic of Cambridge

TROPIC OF CAMBRIDGE, a distinctive creation from Lamplighter Brewing Co., invites you to explore a world of vibrant tropical flavors. This Specialty IPA hails from Massachusetts, crafted with an artful blend of hops that typically evoke notes of juicy tropical fruits. With an ABV of 7.0%, this brew strikes a remarkable balance, offering a robust yet refreshing experience without the overpowering bitterness often associated with traditional IPAs. In the glass, expect a bright, inviting hue that hints at the lush flavors within. While the precise IBU is undisclosed, the beer's profile leans toward the fruity and aromatic, making it a perfect companion for those seeking a taste reminiscent of sunny, far-flung shores. When serving TROPIC OF CAMBRIDGE, aim for a temperature around 45-50°F. This range will preserve its delicate hop aromas while allowing the rich tropical notes to shine. A traditional IPA glass or a tulip glass will enhance your experience, concentrating the beer's vibrant bouquet as you sip. Pair this tropical-inspired brew with dishes that complement its bold fruitiness. Light seafood dishes, particularly those with citrus or tropical fruit elements, make an excellent match. Consider pairing it with grilled shrimp tacos, topped with a refreshing mango salsa, or a zesty ceviche that echoes the beer's lively character. Whether you're enjoying a casual meal or indulging in a culinary adventure, TROPIC OF CAMBRIDGE offers a refreshing and flavorful companion that elevates the dining experience with its distinct tropical flair.
