Description
The Tom Collins Cocktail Mixer from Bitter Milk is a delightful step towards crafting a classic cocktail with ease. Hailing from South Carolina, this mixer captures the essence of the traditional Tom Collins, delivering a harmonious blend of vibrant citrus and nuanced botanicals. Designed to simplify the home bartending experience, this mixer requires only the addition of your favorite gin or vodka to create a refreshingly crisp cocktail. To enjoy this mixer at its best, pair it with a high-quality gin to let the subtle botanicals shine through, or opt for a smooth vodka to allow the citrus notes to take center stage. Serve your cocktail over ice in a tall Collins glass, which is ideal for showcasing the drink's effervescence and crisp clarity. For an added touch of class, garnish with a lemon wheel or a sprig of fresh mint, complementing the mixer’s zesty aroma and enhancing its visual appeal. While the Tom Collins is a standout cocktail on its own, this mixer also pairs beautifully with light appetizers. Consider serving alongside a platter of fresh seafood, such as shrimp cocktail or oysters, where the citrus elements can highlight the natural flavors. Alternatively, it can be a refreshing accompaniment to a selection of soft cheeses and charcuterie, offering a bright counterpoint to the richness of the meats and cheeses. With its thoughtful blend of flavors, the Tom Collins Cocktail Mixer by Bitter Milk is a versatile addition to any home bar, providing a foundation for crafting cocktails that are as easy to make as they are to enjoy.

Mixed this with Botanist gin, sharper and a little more bitter than I thought but still nice. Not as sweet as the Collins mixers I'm used to. Would buy again for summer drinks.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Yeah, Bitter Milk goes lighter on the sugar in their mixer. Might like it with Empress Gin next time.
