Great North Tie Dyed

Dive into the spirited world of American IPAs with Great North's Tie Dyed, a beer that captures the essence of its New Hampshire roots. At a harmonious 5.4% ABV, this IPA offers a balanced yet bold journey into the realm of hops, showcasing a lively profile that is both distinctive and approachable. The 55 IBU ensures a well-rounded bitterness, providing just enough bite to engage the palate without overwhelming it. Tie Dyed stands out with its vivid hop character, presenting aromas that are likely reminiscent of citrus and pine, typical of the style, while the malt base supports these with a subtle sweetness. The interplay between the hops and malt results in a beer that feels vibrant and refreshing, ideal for savoring on a warm afternoon or sharing with friends during a lively gathering. To truly appreciate the nuances of this American IPA, serve it chilled at around 45°F to 50°F. This temperature range allows the hops to shine while keeping the malt's sweetness intact. A classic IPA glass or a tulip glass would be the perfect vessel, designed to enhance the aromatic experience and maintain the beer's frothy head, adding to the visual appeal. Pair Tie Dyed with dishes that complement its hoppy character. Spicy foods like buffalo wings or a zesty Thai curry can match and enhance its bitterness, while a tangy barbecue or grilled meats can highlight its malt undertones. Whether enjoyed alone or with a meal, Tie Dyed by Great North promises a genuine taste of craft beer innovation from the heart of New Hampshire.
