Description
Spring Blossom Honey from Carlisle Honey is a smooth, floral honey from California, made from the nectar of a mix of spring flowers. It has a delicate aroma and a light, floral sweetness that suits bread, herbal tea, vinaigrettes and soft cheeses. A teaspoon also works in a Bee's Knees with gin and fresh lemon juice. CBC Liquors in Westford sells it in store, for pickup or for delivery.
Customer reviews
Barely lasted a week in the house. Kids ate it by the spoonful and now they want more.
Drizzled this Carlisle honey over greek yogurt and berries. Made breakfast feel pretty fancy, though its a little more floral than what I usually keep on hand.
