Saison is a Belgian farmhouse style, and this one pairs a gentle malt backbone with a lively, crisp, clean finish. It has 0 IBU, so there is no bitterness to get in the way, which makes it a good first saison as well as one for regular beer drinkers. Space Cowboy is definitely on the mellow side, if you want something with a bit more punch try Allagash's saison next time.
Grabbed for my brother who loves saisons. He finished it off, I thought it was good but maybe a little lighter than I usually go for.
