Description
Oxbow Space Cowboy is a 4% ABV saison from Maine, an easy-drinking farmhouse ale with subtle spice and earthy notes. Saison is a Belgian farmhouse style, and this one pairs a gentle malt backbone with a lively, crisp, clean finish. It has 0 IBU, so there is no bitterness to get in the way, which makes it a good first saison as well as one for regular beer drinkers. Serve it chilled, around 45°F, in a tulip glass to bring out the aroma. You can buy Oxbow Space Cowboy from CBC Liquors in Westford, in store or for pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
The four pack was gone by Sunday afternoon. Easy to put away, just wish there was a bigger bottle.

Glad Space Cowboy went fast, next time check out Oxbow's bottles, some are bigger pours. - Tom
Fine but didn't stand out. Just felt like any other farmhouse ale.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Space Cowboy is definitely on the mellow side, if you want something with a bit more punch try Allagash's saison next time.
Grabbed for my brother who loves saisons. He finished it off, I thought it was good but maybe a little lighter than I usually go for.
