Drowned Lands Soir

From the innovative brewers at Drowned Lands in New York comes SOIR, an easy-drinking lager that embodies the spirit of relaxation and casual enjoyment. This beer, rooted in the lager tradition, is designed to offer a clean, crisp, and refreshing taste experience, perfect for those who appreciate the subtlety of well-crafted simplicity. Expect a balanced profile where gentle malt sweetness meets a light hop presence, providing a smooth and approachable taste that doesn't overwhelm the palate. Lagers like SOIR are versatile companions at the dinner table. Their balanced nature makes them particularly well-suited for pairing with a variety of foods. Consider enjoying SOIR alongside lightly seasoned grilled chicken or a fresh seafood dish, where its refreshing qualities can complement and enhance subtle flavors. A classic burger or a Margherita pizza would also find a delightful partner in this lager, as it provides just the right amount of contrast without stealing the spotlight. For optimal enjoyment, serve SOIR at a temperature between 40 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit, which allows the beer's delicate flavors to shine through. A tall pilsner glass is recommended, as its shape will help maintain the beer’s carbonation and showcase its effervescence. Whether you’re unwinding after a long day or sharing a meal with friends, SOIR promises to be the understated yet reliable choice that subtly enhances the moment.
