Night Shift Santilli

Santilli by Night Shift Brewing is a standout American IPA crafted in Massachusetts, offering a harmonious blend of vibrant hop character and a satisfyingly crisp finish. At 6.0% ABV and with a 60 IBU, this IPA strikes an impressive balance between boldness and drinkability, making it an appealing choice for both seasoned IPA aficionados and those newer to the style. Expect a wave of hop-forward aromas as you pour Santilli into your glass. The beer typically showcases notes of citrus and pine, with just the right amount of bitterness to cleanse the palate without overwhelming it. As is typical for American IPAs, the malt backbone provides a subtle sweetness that balances the prominent hop profile, resulting in a refreshing and approachable brew. Serve Santilli chilled, ideally between 45°F and 50°F, to fully appreciate its nuanced flavors. A tulip glass is recommended for this beer, as it enhances the aromatic experience while allowing the effervescent carbonation to form a lovely head. This glassware choice also concentrates the hop aromas, delivering the full sensory profile with each sip. When it comes to food pairings, Santilli's crispness and hop character complement a variety of dishes. It pairs wonderfully with spicy foods, such as buffalo wings or a zesty Thai curry, where its bitterness can cut through the heat and richness. Additionally, try it alongside grilled meats or a sharp cheddar cheese to further highlight its balanced profile. Whether savoring Santilli on its own or with a meal, its bright flavors promise a satisfying beer experience.
